Being a musician or creative professional, you work on your music and career with passion. You commit yourself fully and go for your dreams. In addition to your creative work, a lot is required of you on a business and personal level as well.

Working in the cultural and creative sector involves quite some challenges, so the fact that you can use some help is not at all surprising. In fact, you will benefit for sure!

During a coaching program, you will work on both professional and personal development, which is a powerful combination. It will help you keep energized, balanced and allows you to move forward into the direction of your goals and dreams.

METHOD

Coaching is goal-oriented, equal, confidential and assumes your own strength and inner wisdom.
Often employers reimburse (part of) the coaching program, or you can be reimbursed a portion as an independent contractor.
Every coaching program is unique & goes is three phases: an free introduction, and when we decide to work together the coaching will start and eventually a wrap-up with an evaluation.

Method
Depending on your coaching question, we'll get to work. Sometimes we will go more towards mentoring, and sometimes it will be more in a coaching way.
We can work online & or you look here for an inspiring program with coaching on Lanzarote.
Ultimately every change begins with you and the courage to take the first step. I am happy to guide you through the steps.

1. Introduction

Through (image) calling we explore your help request, mutual expectations and we see if we have a good feeling working together.
You will receive an initial customized proposal.
If it feels right, we'll get started!

2. Coachsessions

Usually a coaching program consists of 3 to 6 conversations of approximately 75 minutes.
There are also some assignments you will do at home
Conversations take place in a coaching room, online or outside in the sun, we agree together.

3. Wrap-up & evaluation

You have gained new insights, taken steps and can move forward with confidence.
We wrap-up the coaching process nicely.
